the staff mostly spoke russian, made communication difficult. the room was outdated and didn't feel very clean. there was the same food at the buffet every day, it felt monotonous.

the staff provided amazing service. mehmet and yasin from guest relations were kind, attending to all requests. yasin especially looked after our children, who loved their stay here. fatima from customer relations also stood out. her attention to detail.
The cups in the bars were not always clean. Sometimes they had lipstick or tea stains.

the hotel grounds appear well maintained, giving guests a pleasant environment to explore, i noticed convenient access points to both pools and the beach. i admired the layout of the facilities. but the location of these elements worked very well.

I liked that staff was well mannered and professional! specially guest relation team fatima and night duty manager mr uzgur were great. front desk anna was also very helpful. We had a lovely time.
customer service was shocking! one of our suitcases was damaged by the hotels bellboy (deniz). he initially said that it was damaged on the plane, then he claimed that it was damaged by the taxi driver.

Our room was upgraded at no extra charge. It featured a seating area with comfortable sofas. We especially enjoyed the variety of dining options available. The hotel grounds were spacious and well kept.
